 Performer/Educator Doug Nolan delights library patrons of all ages with his juggling virtuosity, comedy antics and audience participation, while sharing his passion for taking care of the earth. Doug has been performing his popular recycling and water education school assembly programs for the last 15 years. He earned a BA in environmental studies and an MFA in acting (from the American Conservatory Theater). The library audience is greeted with a pre-performance juggling workshop as they trickle in a half hour before the show. Toddlers to grand parents can learn how to juggle and have fun learning tricks. 'Eco-tainment' features music, magic, juggling, plate spinning and unicycling while the audience learns practical tips on protecting the environment. |
